We at Dr. Wilson’s office are proud to provide you with top-quality care and are dedicated to making that care as cost effective as possible.

It is important for us to do everything we can to satisfy our patients and make them happy to be a part of our practice. Communication is a key ingredient in our efforts to provide superior care in a pleasant and safe atmosphere.

We have found most of our patients would prefer to be informed of their dental investment and be provided an opportunity to take care of their account in a timely fashion. Maintaining outstanding balances often inhibits or prevents patients from returning for their follow-up care. Our office has made great strides in streamlining insurance processing and account handling. We can provide you the courtesy of expediting fee information, insurance involvement and personal financial responsibility. We will provide you a fee estimate and account statement at the time of service. For those patients who prefer to finance their care over a long period of time, we have enlisted Chase Health Advance (www.chasehealthadvance.com), a flexible, monthly payment plan. Chase Health Advance offers you a wider variety of payment arrangements.

Dr. Wilson is mainly a fee for service dental practice, which means we do not participate in any managed care programs except Delta Dental Premiere and Metlife PDP program.

We accept cash, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. As a courtesy, we will assist you by submitting all your insurance claims to assure maximum benefits. We submit claims electronically to speed processing and minimize delays. If you have questions about your dental insurance, we will be happy to help you.
